A little too expensive to use regularly but otherwise everything seemed efficient.

Booking, checkin and loading very good. Cooking smells on ferry, but otherwise comfortable. Use Dock road for access, do NOT try to drive through centre of Southampton as suggested

Service was good throughout. Getting an email come through on my phone waking me up at 0517 asking for feedback was not so good.

Ferry on time, efficient loading.

But why do the fares vary so much for Island residents

fast booking and adding attraction tickets, friendly staff let us on at last minute both directions, food good if a little pricey

Always a good service all round. The competitors cannot compete with the punctuality, customer service levels and staff professionalism. The Red Funnel ethos is "can do" and that goes a long way......

As I travel to the island on my own, I do feel a bit cross that I have to pay the same price as you would if there was 6 passengers. A small discount would be nice
