On line booking needs to have the box for indicating the promotional code more noticeable. I forgot to look for it last trip, and almost missed it when booking our return trip. I expect other people...

Generally no complaints, although not for the first time I do find the temperature in the ferry lounges to be too low in cold weather.

Ferry ran to schedule. Accommodation on board was good, toilets could be better

The least worst service

Staff are always helpful and attentive. Public areas as clean as possible. Smell of food a bit strong, but you cannot have everything.

Prompt departure, and safe arrival at Cowes. The breakfast was quite expensive and a bit disappointing.

excellent service would highly recommend to everyone. Made our journey less stressful having a great start and a fab cooked breakfast to start us on our way.
