Thank you for the review, your feedback will be directed to the terminal operations managers pending a full investigation into this matter. The miscommunication you have received on this occasion was further distriputed due to lengthy crossing times caused by the wind and tide throughout your journey however we have clearly faield to meet expectations on this occasion and do apologise for the inconvenience caused. All vessels on your travel date left with 85+ capacity therefore it is disappointing to hear the feedback you have given. Pleasent and efficent staff and the service runs on time.
We travelled on the 30th of Dec. and did not have a good experience as we were delayed for almost 3 hours due to weather conditions.
But the staff are always very friendly which we appreciate
