Thank you for the note, we understand due to the feedback we are receiving from customers who travelled during this time that we have clearly failed to meet your expectations. We are reviewing passenger volumes and our seating capacity onboard of vessels in order to ensure all customers have adequate seating throughout the crossing.

Apologies for the lack of information at Check-In this is disappointing to read and will be forwarded to our operations management team. We did text booked customers (if mobile number was on booking) advising of delays however this information clearly did not reach you. Thank you for taking the time to write a note and we will certainly look to improve this area in our process with immediate effect

No communications and staff either poorly trained or just don't care, food on board nearly as bad as the delayed crossing, very disappointed
Dreadful overbooking meant that there were no available seats on either leg of our journey - including for an 83-year old with a walking stick!

Thanks for your review - we do regret this situation and are disappointed to hear our onboard services officer did not solve this issue at the time. Moving forward we are investing £2m on Red Falcon in the New Year which will give 55% more inside seats and two new top deck lounges. If the design proves successful and is liked by customers we hope to make similar investments in Red Osprey and Red Eagle.

A pleasure to deal with, alot better than wightlink!!!!
Red Funnel ferries loaded to capacity over Xmas, leaving on time and arriving on time with speedy dis-embark. User friendly which can't be said for the other lot.
I travel quite regularly to the Isle of Wight as my family live there. Once again, I spent the entire journey stood up with my young son and husband as there were not enough seats for us to sit on.

So much better than any other Island Ferry Service!
I am always happy using red funnel. The staff are very helpful. I arrived five minutes before departure and they still managed to get me on. Great service.
Lack of communication with the travel delay should been advised when booking in. I had to go in to find out information as staff locked gates and disappeared before anyone could ask.to then be told...
