It is certainly disapoointing to hear your feedback, delays to our vessels were caused by earlier weather conditions which resulted in a suspension of our vehicle ferry service. The wind and tide also impacted the vessels ability to travel across the Solent within its regular journey time of 55 minutes. We do regret that these issues occured and hope that your next journey with us is far more enjoyable than this one
