Ferry cancelled no email sent turned up 8.20 for 9.00 ferry to be told next one was 10.30 traveled home on wight link !!

Not enough seating on car ferry when full. Had to stand for an hour.

Thank you for your comments, we have had a lot of feedback regards to seating on busy days. We are currently investing in this area of business and have released plans to re fit the Red Falcon, which will increase seating as well as modernise the seating are.
