Ferry ran on time, efficient loading/unloading. On board food facilities were excellent. 6pm return ferry was close to full - totally insufficient seating in lounges - people were sat on the stairs...

I think your food is over priced. I paid well over £4 just for 2 small BOWLS of chips.

too long a queue for food on morning sailing, more staff or another outlet selling pasties please.
