The members of staff we had to deal with were very friendly and helpful, the coffee and pain au chocolat were excellent too!
As for ticketing, very easy to get online and therefore on mobile phone....
Red funnel offeres good value crossings, the staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely use this route when needed. As an Island resident I feel appreciated unlike some competitors.
