Great on time and effortless

The crossing was good. Boarding was quick and straightforward on both the outgoing and return journeys.

Top-notch services and smoth ride.

Too expensive for me I am frequent traveller to mainland and I live and work on Island so too expensive for me

The staff at Southampton were very helpful changing my booking at the last minute, which was much appreciated as I had just picked my Mother up from a heart procedure at Southampton Hospital.

One coffee machine working , returning service one hour delay, had text message to arrive at 1530 the to be told by a very rude member of staff this was wrong and needed to leave the site .

Best way to travel to IoW. Dog loves it too.

Service out was great, Signature Lounge needs to be open on later crossings. Was a busy crossing upon return and no available seats for return crossing. Was also very hot and stuffy.
