Very expensive Poor quality food. Grumpy unhelpful staff. Waited in a line for most of the trip as only 1 machine working providing hot water for tea

Staff and on board were great, changes in timetable and crossings not so good. Boats getting old now with too many technical breakdowns. Signature lounge very good with great service.

Quick and efficient just expensive

Couldn’t fault the service on the ground and on board. Food was excellent and very good value. An all round excellent experience.
