Regarding the route from Poole to Jersey, the stop via Guernsey is the standard option used by Condor Ferries. The Horizon Lounge is available upon request, and we apologise if this was not made clear during your booking process. While we are pleased that you were able to upgrade on the outbound journey, we will strive in the future to better inform clients of this option at the time of booking.
