Excellent service by very helpful and friendly staff, a very pleasant five day break, food was excellent, with the added bonus of Tenner fest, thank you.

Helpful - straight forward re booking.
Peninsular fine. - stayed several times. Clean, breakfast good etc
Pity about the ferry time tables ie getting into Poole at 22.45pm!

Arrangements went very smoothly- only problem was change of airport but that was down to the airline cancelling route. Good service all round.
