Excellent, friendly, helpful and considerate staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Help provide travel directions and explanation of diverted routes. High attention to detail from all staff.

Phone call answered promptly. Help from young lady to make booking was great. She called later as she said she would. So easy.

Carefree booking
The service was excellent from start to finish. Customer service was easy to deal with and overall it was a very efficient service. It made for a carefree holiday experience.

Double check what they have booked
The quote I was given was for a return flight 17.30, but had not realised until about 2 weeks before when checking exact time that we had been booked onto the morning flight 7.10.
