Sorry to hear that, we do aim to provide consistent service levels and we will learn from this experience. The letter we sent about the abandoned vehicle could have been a bit more detailed and we have used your feedback in a training exercise so in future that extra bit of clarity will be provided. Very good repsonse under strange circumstances
pbm were pretty good at dealing with the fire situation at my apartment. Alex in particular was excellent and very accommodating, and was very helpful in resolving issues.
