Hi, thanks for the feedback. I just checked into your order, and it looks like it came through after shipping cutoff and near close of business on Friday. We notified you of a delay with one of the parts Monday morning, but it looks like it still shipped that same day and made it to you the next business day, Tuesday.
Didn’t let me know at time of order that product wasn’t available for another 2 weeks...would have went somewhere else

Hi we appreciate your patience on this order. I just checked the tracking information, and it looks like your items were delivered this morning. Unfortunately, we are often at the mercy of our vendors and can't always ship the small parts as fast as we like. It looks like the phone number entered on the order was also incorrect, so we weren't able to call you and notify you that the items would not be shipping immediately.
