Hello Aarron, Have you had confirmation from the courier that the parcel has returned to us as I haven't haven't so far but am looking into it at our end ?

Hello Aarron, Apologies for the delay in response. I have looked into this for you and seen your order was refunded on October 19th, 2022. I'm sorry overall that your experience didn't go as smoothly as expected, there was a delay with the courier returning your product and due to this delay, we didn't receive it on time. As per our website, our delivery time frame is 3-4 working days, which doesn't include the handling and shipping times for all product deliveries. As much as we'd love to be able to meet all customer demands, sometimes it's deemed impossible when we have a large number of orders that need sending on a daily basis. We try our best to meet all time frames, with that being said, the majority of orders are sent the next available working day, sooner than the date stated on our site.
