I have taken a look into this for you and have seen that your order was in fact sent out from our Newcastle-Under-Lyme store on the 25th of December, according to the tracking attached to your order from DHL (#557394560) it was delivered safely to your shipping address on Monday 28th December, of which was before this review was placed. I'm sorry you feel that your Pockets experience hasn't gone how you'd of liked it too. As you received the parcel, we wouldn't have needed to refund you without a return of the product. As you were unhappy regarding the product you received, had you of contacted us and returned it, we would've been more than happy to provide a refund or exchange for the required size.
