Unfortunately in this circumstance, the local craftsman for your area did not have the capacity to complete your order. This is normally something that we monitor very closely to ensure that we have adequate cover for our craftsman. However, in the case of your order this was not done correctly, which led to an unacceptable delay. Please be assured that we are actively looking to recruit craftsman in your area to help ensure that this circumstance does not reoccur in the future. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
