I had to call Petplan yet again as they had not applied my multi pet discount. This is beyond the joke as I was promised it would be fixed ages ago and yet I have to waste more time on the phone....

Just a quick update. We have spoken to the Underwriting Department and a Multi-Pet Discount has already be applied to one of your policies, and stated the other 2 will be applied upon policy renewal.

Well this is beyond the joke and your customer service is so bad. Despite your promises of updating my remaining two policies with the correct amount showing the multiple policy discount I have just received my renewal notice for Gomez and YET AGAIN no discount. How hard can it be? I can seriously say I will reconsider the renewal next year. I've got 4 pets insured so surely you'd think I'd be a valued customer but clearly not

I haven't made a claim so I can't review that section. The customer service was good however when I was initiating the pet insurance.

Disappointing

Claim was initially denied as my claim wasn't read properly and it was assumed I was claiming for a routine procedure. Also had to call multiple times and wait days for return calls and emails.
