Prompt courteous service

Person was courteous and explained things well. Only issue I had was thought the loss of use extension was very expensive and unreasonable expectations re level of xrays required

Hi petplan, I waited on the phone again for 30 mins and finally got through, the lady I spoke to was absolutely lovely and really helped me out. As much as the having to wait so long and no one ever returns your calls at least the team are great to talk and very helpful when u get someone.

The claims department... we were on hold for 10 minutes and then it diverted us to the messagebank and we left a brief message with name, number and what we were calling about and nobody ever called us back. That was 3 weeks ago.
