The excess and how it can increase after a certain age is marked within your policy documents, including your certificate of insurance. it is for these reasons that it's important to read through the entire document so that you understand the product and that the product meets your needs.

That may be the case, however why does it increase after a dog reaches a certain age. I did read through the policy documents, and certificate of insurance, and at that time when I took the insurance you were far better than any other pet insurance company I had seen. However now there is alot more competition in the market, and I would think that as a company "Petplan" would "reward" their clients for being loyal, especially those clients who take top cover for their pets.
