Petplan worked very hard to determine what was not covered under their plan - enough so that I actually finally asked them what they do cover!

Quite quick and easy nothing to complicated!

Direct debit payment does not go out of my bank account as originally stated by Pet Plan, I was waiting over three weeks for my certificate of insurance.

My policy was set up quickly and explained clearly. I also took advantage of two months free as I had a referral from a friend.

good but cover a bit short

I am not in a position to comment because I have not had to test the service provided yet. And because I cannot give feed back without giving a rating i must rate my experience so far as bad.
