We hardly had to do anything. Our vets dealt directly with PetPlan. We were kept updated with the progrrss of our claim and it was painless and hassle free, allowing us to focus on our dog's recovery.

Service was actually good. However communication could be better.
I thought my claim was taking a long time but when I checked my bank account I found the payment. An email would have been helpful.
