Hi,
I'm sorry you are unhappy with the exclusions placed when setting up your policy. Our underwriters do review the exclusions based on the vets medical notes and only place what's necessary, some of which can be removed after a certain period of 'symptom and treatment free' time. I'll pass your feedback on relating to the exclusions and cover.
