watchdog need to investigate
bunch of cheats trying to claim my parcel was over weight and oversized , they threaten with bailiffs and court action. sure , see you in court , i have all the evidence i need and you have none ....

Good if your collection doesn't fail
Get's stressing if having to deal with a no collection, as you need to wait for them to reply and don't have any phone number, and couriers won't help you as you have booked with a 3rd party.
