Excellent Service - as it turned out. But lack of any real ability to communicate with a human being at Parcel2Go in the event of any concerns arising is extremely worrying.

Parcel delivered quick and cheap - til 6 weeks later when I got charged an extra 60%+ after a supposed “audit”. Apparently my “parcel” (a suitcase) wasn’t in a box 🙄 But that was excuse number 5-6...

Parcel contents got lost/stolen and the driver delivered an empty damaged box! No customer service to call just email which isn't good enough enough!

I found the website very easy, they were competitively priced. I had to make alterations to my collection date all managed in the website with ease.?
