Avoid at all costs
The worst 'customer service' you can possibly find. You can't speak to anyone as they don't have phones apparently... so everything is done via an online chat followed up (eventually) by emails that...

Local shops listed didn’t take the parcel so had to cancel and book a pick up and the parcel never got collected. Had to cancel again and use someone else’s service
