Unreliable for collecting parcels.. Avoid
Combination of parcelhero and parceforce means they won't come to collect the package and then say you weren't in and still charge you.. Maybe drivers are in a rush so they will just drive along if...

WORST SERVICE EVER!
Parcel Heroes has never failed to disappoint us. They charge you for express delivery but ensure the order is delayed by days (happened with us on four three different occasions)....

DO NOT USE PARCELHERO!!!!!!
They failed to deliver my parcel, and then would only refund me the delivery cost and not compensate me for the contents. Customer service was appalling, rude, disrespectful and basically uncaring.

Avoid!
Terrible experience. First the label failed to generate and the support is not open at the weekend. Then finally got the label and went to the shop to drop off and they wouldn't accept the parcel!
