booking was almost straight forward but the NZ postcode was misinterpreted so I had to amend the label manually. However the package arrived OK so no harm was done. I have another parcel on the way...

They were really good, except for charging my card before warning me about it! I'd have appreciated some fore-warning of the weight not being what I weighed before, so I don't agree with that but...
