Hi there, thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your Camellia and the delivery experience. Camellia Lady Campbell is a winter to early spring-flowering plant, and it’s completely natural for its blooms to begin dropping at this time of year. This won’t affect the overall health of the plant, and you can expect fresh flowers to return next season. We do water all our plants before dispatch to help keep them hydrated during transit, but after a few days of travel, they may still benefit from a thorough watering once unpacked.
