The on line procedure Is straightforward and easy to follow. Fortunately I have not had to claim so far so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Two years ago the service response was much slower even at non peak times. Trouble getting an answer to my call, things do seem to have speeded up and my request for insurance was all completed...
