Our director Miles Barker has explained how the policy works in the event of making a claim. We are unable to refund any part of the premium, due to a claim being made on the policy. This is consistent with policy wording provided by the underwriters URV. If you are still unhappy, please follow the complaints procedure in the policy wording.

Difficult to give a star rating as I don't know what your company is like when the chips are down and I am trying to claim. So I shall leave it at 4 stars for the ease of booking but maybe change it...
