Short time given on renewable notice, cost up by 50% from last year, indicating the broker's to blame why inflation only 6% may rise to 10 or 11%

The notes on file suggest the premium was discounted by the maxium discount we could apply, however I have asked the Executive to contact you to explain this in more detail.

sorry the primary question was not answered why the 50% increase when inflation is at the current rate and may rise to 10-15% but not at 50% ?

Thank you for your reply, as per my initial response the Executive is going to contact you directly to explain the premium increase in more detail, I can see they also sent an email to you on the 4th October to advise of the premium increase but I have asked they contact you by phone.

So, they indicated it was the Broker? and it was in line with other Brokers and insurance company's so how have they arrived at the 50% increase in cost it is not inflation at 6% is it the band wagon? syndrome.

Service is non existent
Service was very poor only told how much was due 3 days before insurance run out and this was after I had phoned twice in run up to the insurance expiring
Still have not received all papers relating...

I had to get papers sent on 26th September as NICEIC assessment was held on 27/09/2022 and details of insurance were required so now have all details so no need for papers to be sent twice. I advised change to business when I made 1st contact call before insurance renew was issued but was never advised that details would not be available until I made further call 3 days before insurance due.
