don't wait till renewal day...shop around
Customer services ok.
Was quoted 1 price , then on renewal date quoted a 25% higher price
"human error/mistake was made", fair enough, maybe the guy had an off day.....
wasn't happy about it though,...

They insured me very quickly, but forgot to add a 2nd trading name which I had chase. They correct this very quickly and resent the insurance documents through
