We're so very sorry for such unforeseen circumstances. 

We know you originally booked Magenta, but emergency works menat we had to offer you a full refund or a move. We moved you, at your agreement, Saint Gaetan but then this apartment suffered a leak in the bedroom. Again, you prefered us to find something else rather than a full refund and we offered you offered Bergerac and 7eme Ciel which were availabel for your dates.  but pre warned the guest about the construction work and informed them there would be additional noise. 

We understand you choose 7eme Ciel (even with the potential noise issue which we pre-warned you about) but we made this available to you at no extra cost. YOu haven't paid more to stay there from our records, but if you still feel you have, please do get in touch so we can sort it out. 

We're so sorry - it ten years plus  of running Pebbles we don't remember an instance where there has been such bad luck causing your two first choices to have unforeseen issues, but we do hope the upgrade at no extra cost will compensate and that you will later decide to come back for your 10th stay with us.
