Very satisfied with the apartment

The staff were very helpful on the 'phone when we had flight problems and had to change our arrival time. It was very good being able to collect our keys from the hotel next to pebbles office.

Great, my flight was re-routed. I sent updates from Geneva and agent made sure that I was met at the building by another agent with keys.
