Easy to arrange
I arranged my cover with Cycler on the phone. The lady I spoke with was very good, answered all my many questions and it took about 20 minutes. Very happy.

Great service.
They answered all questions that I asked, and after shopping around, they had the best deal, so that's why I chose cycler as my insurance provider.

The customer service agent I spoke with was extremely helpful and went out of her way to answer all my questions and even asking another member of staff to clarify a question.
