Pheromone trap works well. Catching moths consistently. Found it more effective in a higher location.

Thank you so much for your feedback on our Clothes and Carpet Moth Traps.
We are delighted to read that you are catching moths. We advise placing the traps 3 - 6 ft above floor level. If you are seeing moths flying around but not catching many on the trap, then move it around areas where you suspect the moths may be present.
Best wishes
Amanda

A timely delivery of a repeat order. I have used the moth bombs before to treat an infestation and wanted to repeat to be safe from moths.

Thanks so much for your 5 star feedback on our Midi Fumer and we totally agree that some of these processes need to be repeated in order to prevent a return of a moth problem. Always better to be on the safe side!

I bought your mini 'bomb' for my front room after other measures (insect spray, impregnated card strips) has failed to get rid of the cloth moths. I saw no more moths after its use - until a few days...

Hi David,
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re sorry to read that your problem is ongoing after using different products in the past and now using our Smoke Bombs. It’s important to know that a Smoke Bomb is a ‘knockdown’ product - that means it is only actively killing when in operation; It does not leave any ongoing protection once you have fumed and then aired the room being treated. You mention that you have problems in multiple rooms - so, to just fume once and not provide any ongoing treatment is unlikely to result in a long term fix - A Smoke Bomb (Fumer) is not enough as some eggs or larvae that are lingering deep behind skirting boards or under heavy furniture may survive a single fume and additional products are required. Similarly, any moths that were in a room not being treated can enter the treated room after you have completed your fume and will be able to move without risk of getting killed. We recommend treating each room separately and 1) Fuming, 2) Using a Persistent Spray (to kill larvae and moths that come into contact with it for up to 3-4 wks), 3) Applying a Persistent Powder under low furniture, 4) Place Moth Traps for ongoing protection and monitoring. 5) Consider repeat fuming several days after the initial fume for another dose of deep knockdown killing power.
We appreciate that this is a lot of work, but moths are tricky to eradicate. It can be done though, but it can't be done with just a Fumer when you have moths in multiple rooms. We have Kits for such situations and all can be found on our website.
We hope that this is helpful and wish you success as you continue your moth treatment. We’re here to help if you’d like advice specific to your home. Please do email help@mothprevention.com.
Kind regards,
Neil

I placed the traps as recommended. I moved them from different heights as also recommended. Not one moth was caught in the traps. We can see them flying around.
