Sorry to hear you were not pleased with packaging.
Unfortunately some sale items are minimal packaging as we only get allocated certain amounts of packaging.
I shall pass this information on and see if anything can be done.

The packaging was awful, small Pandora pouch was ripped. Wasn't presentable as a gift at all. Also requested a gift card which didn't come.

Fast service no hassle with a few nice touchs, giving you the feel you matter, ie carry bag scented paper, and a nice box for item, all done in the shop but this was online so nice touch.
