Metrol Springs Limited 리뷰

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave an anonymous review, slightly puzzling as we were in the process of helping you to resolve this issue.. Anyway as you are aware Fedex have flagged your parcel as having an incorrect address, you have confirmed the address is correct and so now we are waiting for Fedex to finalise their investigation which should take approx. 7-10 working days. Despite this, we have since agreed to refund you before their investigation is complete due to you going out and purchasing your parts elsewhere, which we have done as a token of good will. This would have happened anyway upon the return of the goods or the confirmation from Fedex that they have been lost, we kindly ask that next time you order from anybody, it doesn't have to be us, you bear this in mind.

Hi John - thanks for taking the time to review our service. Triangular locks all require you to purchase the key and so it is provided as a drop down option on each lock this applies to. To proceed with the transaction you have to select yes or no when it asks if you require a key. Apologies if you don't feel we have met your expectations on this occasion.
