Thank you very much for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your reflections. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your trip overall and that your Travel Concierge , and the crew on the cruise made such a positive impression with their dedication and professionalism. We are, however, sorry to learn that certain aspects of the Gold Luxury experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your observations regarding the hotel standards, the level of activity on the tour, and the repetition of included meals. We understand how challenging the stairs and steep access points on the cruise would have been for some guests, and we are grateful for your candid feedback. Your reflections are very valuable to us as we continually review our itineraries and experiences to ensure they provide both comfort and enjoyment. We are pleased that, despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy many aspects of the trip and that the efforts of our team enhanced your experience. Thank you once again for travelling with us.
