The Majestic Japan itinerary has been created to help our guests explore some of japans cutting-edge cities and remarkable landscapes, as well as other historic locations in a snapshot of time. Nonetheless, while this trip does cover a lot of ground, we always endeavour to provide our guests with a comfortable experience while taking in many of the country's great sites. That said, we certainly regret to read that the pace of the itinerary and some of the included activities weren't as you had imagined and that is why your reflections are now with our Operations team for their consideration. Even so, we will seek to make any necessary changes with the use of your feedback and we hope to provide you with a Luxury Gold experience in the future that truly surpasses your expectations.
