Could have done better in your bus selection. Most of the 11 people sat at the back where there was more leg room.
Shinkansen not luxury gold first class.

We had the best tour guide (Francisco); the most luxurious accommodations and all in all just a wonderful experience. My few encounters with the customer service department were good as well.
