At Luxury Gold, we endeavour to tailor our itineraries with a balance of the most exceptional experiences; therefore, we truly regret to learn that your time on the Southern Glamour fell short of your expectations. Nonetheless, as there is nothing better than our guests' feedback when considering ways to improve our product, your comments will be used effectively to help us make any necessary improvements. Furthermore, we certainly regret to learn of any confusion that may have occurred on your arrival; however, we are pleased to learn that your Travelling Concierge was able to assist you. That said, we hope that you have still taken many fond memories away from your time in the southern states and we hope to have a chance to welcome you back to explore with us in the future.
Our driver (Paul) was excellent. He was exceptionally courteous and we enjoyed talking to him at meal times.

With a maximum of 40 guests per group, our travel opportunities are smaller than you’ll find elsewhere, therefore meaning a more intimate experience. However, further to this, we operate a select number of small special group departures, on specific dates, which can be found in our itineraries that are limited to just 24 guests. Even so, we are sorry to learn of any misinterpretation and we thank you for all of your suggestions which can be taken into consideration when examining new ways to make this itinerary even more enjoyable.
