We regret to learn about the aspects of the itinerary that you felt weren't up to our Luxury Gold standard as we endeavour to craft exceptional trips that are seamless from start to finish. Your comfort and enjoyment are at the forefront of the decisions taken when planning our experiences and that is why we have passed on your feedback to the concerned departments for their review. Still, we remain very pleased that your transfers, time spent on our coaches and service that you received, all lived up to your expectations and we hope that we may one day soon have the future chance to restore your full confidence in our guided holidays.
We are thrilled that all of the features of your itinerary came together perfectly to create a wonderful experience for you in the heartland of America. Furthermore, hope to accompany you while you indulge in more of our rewarding experiences in the future.
