We are delighted that your time in Canada was exactly as you had anticipated and we hope that enjoyed taking in all of the remarkable sights. What's more, we are extremely pleased that you would recommend this itinerary to those you hold dearest and we hope that you will join us again soon for another seamless travelling experience.

At Insight Vacations, we endeavour to ensure that our guests' dietary requirements are always met as we appreciate how frustrating a situation such as you have mentioned can be. Also, we regret that you weren’t pleased with the condition of the rooms onboard your ship. As a result of your feedback, we will be ensuring that these concerns are addressed with the ship management and that they are reminded of the high-quality experiences that we expect for our guests. Nevertheless, we truly hope that you have taken many lasting moments away from your recent holiday in Canada.
