Too hard to get a hold of someone and the website is too complicated to navigate. And for heaven's sake, can Canada be added in the sizing of things --Canada is not the US !!!!!!

Coat and boots both too long even though I’m tall
I returned the items over a week ago, but have yet to have notification of their return. Apart from that the delivery etc. have been good.
