Good product. Appalling communications and delivery.
Postal delivery was appalling. First three parcels went to wrong address. Necessitated multiple phone calls to LTS who took ages to answer the phone every time. Not at all impressive

I’ve been a customer since the late 1980s when the company was Tall Girls of London. I’ve rarely been disappointed. Now that I’m a senior woman, I would like to see more styles for older tall gals!
