Poor service
Paid for next working day delivery as dresses were urgent. Didn’t arrive on time
Trying to get through to customer services was traumatic
Once through they were ok.
Was refunded the delivery charge....

Delivery was good, though last time I paid for next day delivery, and it arrived 2 days later. Not happy, as I obviously paid the extra because I wanted the clothes next day for an event I was going...
