Dear Nigel, thank you so much for your feedback. I'm so sorry that the first clock you received was faulty. We have now discontinued this clock and replaced it with our version so that we can more closely monitor the feedback and ensure it is up to our quality standards.

It's been a great success especially as my husband is now bed bound because of a dreadful fall. I was especially helped by phoning the maker when I was unsure how to operate the radio
